Your content
The code, data and models you run on your instances, store on volumes or send to the inference API ("Your Content") are yours. For Your Content we act as your processor: we process it only to provide the Service, under the Data Processing Agreement available on request. We don't sell it, train models on it, or look at it except to keep the Service running, investigate abuse or where the law requires. We don't keep inference requests and responses beyond serving them and counting tokens.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Sign-in cookies that keep you signed in (strictly necessary; no consent needed).
- Browser storage for your preferences, such as theme and dismissed notices (functional; stays on your device).
- Campaign attribution: if you arrive from a link with campaign tags, we keep those tags on your device for 30 days to see which campaigns bring sign-ups.
- Analytics (PostHog, EU), only with your consent. Nothing is set or sent until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Typed input is masked, and pages showing keys, billing or the browser terminal are never recorded.
- Your cookie choice itself is kept in a cookie for six months so we don't ask again.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International transfers
Your account and billing data are stored in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with extra safeguards where needed.
